4 August - Parcel not arrived yet. We've called Singpost and they replied that the parcel clearing would take 6~8 working days.
7 August - Called up Singpost again and they informed that the parcel haven't arrive yet; there might be some delays. Will update again when the parcel arrives.
12 August - Parcel arrived! Will sort out and inform buyers asap.
