Reason: Did not make the payments after ordering and kept dragging the payment
Initially she ordered from us 5 items from PG Mall #8 spree, and then later she cancelled 1 item and ordered 4 items instead.
She requested to meet up at Serangoon MRT Station for cash payment via meetup, even though we don't do meet-up for payments other than at our self-collection area. And we agreed to that, since we might be passing by Serangoon those few days (15 Jun 2011) - and she requested to meet "between 100 to 530 pls", when we should be the ones to decide what time to meet up.
We text her in the afternoon on the 20th when we came back (we were away from 16 Jun night to 19 Jun), saying that we'd be passing by Serangoon, and will text her to confirm the timing and she asked if "can [meet at] six plus?", and we said we'll confirm the timing again as we couldn't meet at 6pm+. Then later we text her again, asking whether she stayed in Serangoon, because we could also meet under her house block for her payment, but she said she stayed at Tamp, so later at 7pm+, we told her we'll be passing by Serangoon MRT around 8.15 to 8.30pm, and she simply said "Cant. Too late."
After that in the night, we emailed to her, suggested for her to make payments via cash deposit at some of the machines (provided her with the website link to all the cash deposit machines) since she couldn't meet with us that evening, and she said: "I think i can try? Considering i've done it before."
And we didn't received any replies from her other than on 24 Jun (4 days later; she text us to confirm the account number), and on 27 Jun, when we asked when she'd be making the payments, since we needed to confirm with the seller. She replied us the next day, saying she'll try to do it tomorrow; we've already went ahead with the payments to the seller, deciding to only add her orders in only when she have made the payments.
And on the 29 Jun, when she still hasn't made any payments, we text her asking if she'd be making the payments soon, and she replied saying "Ya. But I just got off sch," and we called up DBS Bank to check for the available cash deposit machines that can deposit to 3rd party accounts (like those at Compass Point and Heartland Mall), when she just replied "But I live at tamp." Ok, so we checked with the bank again, asking if there's any near Tampines, and told her there was one at Tampines Mall (even provided her with the unit no.). So then she said she'll transfer the next day or maybe even today, and then we also let her know that theres another one at Tampines central branch (told her the block number and even let her know the closing time).
Then, on 30 Jun, she text us saying "I cant find it" - we already provided her with the block number and the unit number for the one in Tampines Mall, and she can't check the map to find it?? Then we told her (again) the unit number for the DBS Bank situated in Tamp mall and she asked "Near wat store?" - one, she don't even bother to check the map in the mall or check with the customer service and two, we don't live in Tamp, much less in the mall. So ok, we called the DBS hotline, and they told us it was in a corner, and telling her she don't even have to go into the shopping mall. Around 1 hour later, we text her to ask if she found it or not and to let us know asap, and later she replied us 1 hour later, telling us "Its spoiled". WHAT, she finally found it one hour later and told us it's spoiled?! Then go inside the DBS BANK to queue up and request to do the transfer! Even if she found it spoiled earlier, she didn't even bothered to text us to know about it, and we have to text her again and again, asking her to let us know soon because the seller needed us to reply before 5pm that day, and she only text us at 4.57pm to let us know its SPOILED.
She totally and utterly wasted our TIME. If you're not interested in ordering, just tell us straight away - we don't have to spent all our time and effort, helping you to check with the bank about all the cash deposit machines when you could have checked it yourself. It's obvious that she is not genuinely interested in ordering the items.
