15 November - Consolidating orders.
18 November - All paid orders sent.
23 November - Seller replied with 29 OOS items. Will inform affected buyers soon.
25 November - Informed all affected buyers - except for 1 buyer as the seller gave us the wrong alternative colour. Will check with the seller again and inform the affected buyer.
28 November - Informed the affected buyer.
30 November - Payments sent.
2 December - Seller informed us that there is a mistake in the orders and 3 OOS item. 1 of the previous OOS items can be restocked. Informed the affected buyer regarding the mistake & informed affected buyers for the OOS items.
3 December - 49 items restocking.
7 December - 32 items restocking.
7 December - Requested seller to send out in-stock items first to shorten waiting time. Seller will be sending out items on 11 Dec.
11 December - Seller inform us that there is 10 OOS items. Informed affected buyers.
11 December - Parcel for 1st batch (1B) of items has been sent out.
20 December - Parcel for 1st batch (1B) of items has arrived. Will sort out and inform those buyers whose items (1B) have all arrived.
24 December - Sorted out the items and informed those buyers whose items (1B) have all arrived. For buyers with partially arrived items and wish to collect the arrived items first, can e-mail us for arrangements.
4 January - 3 items restocking.
15 January - Seller informed us with 5 OOS items. Will inform affected buyers soon.
19 January - Informed all affected buyers for the OOS items.
22 January - Seller will be preparing & sending out the items by next week, latest on Friday.
26 January - Parcel has been sent out.
29 January - Parcel has arrived. Will sort out and inform all buyers.
